I am beginning to integrate FALL into my yoga and allow rest!
Well….I’ve just started a yoga class for the first time and I have to say I think it’s going to be staying in my daily workout from now on!
I’ve been doing yoga for about 6 years, but when my son was born in December my practice completely dropped off. I’m trying to get more into a routine because I can tell my body needs it!
