Start from a Forearm Balance. Keep your gaze at the floor slightly in front of your hands.
Modifications
To learn the pose start with Forearm balance against the wall, move further away from the wall and start walking your feet down the wall a little at a time.
Variations of the pose: with straight legs, with knees bent or with feet touching your head.
