Grab the toe while the knee is bent, then start straightening the leg
Modifications
Start with holding your opposite fingers to the opposite big toe while your knee is bent. Standing leg is grounded and engaged.
Bring arm that is not holding the big toe straight behind you keeping it parallel to the floor.
