Tips and Pointers
If the back bend is too intense or you cannot grab your toes with your hands, try Pigeon Pose instead.
You may try using a strap if you cannot reach your back foot.
If your hips are tights use a rolled/folded up blanket underneath your hips for support.
Variations
Extend the front leg out as in a split.
