Tips and Pointers

Try to sit evenly on your sit bones and both heels the same distance away from your hips.

Cow Face Pose - Gomukhasana

Modifications

Use a strap if you are not able to touch fingers together behind your back.
Use a folded up blanket under your sit bones if unable to sit evenly.
Easier: The full pose is with hands touching behind your back, try first with hands in Namaste (1st photo)

Advanced: Lean forward to bring your torso to touch your thigh.
