New Student Guide

If you are new to yoga this is for you.

When you are about to start something new, whether it is yoga or any other type of fitness program you may be feeling some apprehension and some questions. What should I wear? Do I need to bring anything with me? One of the hardest things about starting any new program is to start. Once you have completed a couple of classes and become familiar with your surrounding, you’ll find you are much more relaxed and comfortable.
